Our Process

Sourcing: Our journey begins in the mineral-rich region of Balochistan, where we purchase premium chrome ore. This region is renowned for its high-grade chromite deposits, which serve as the raw material for our operations.

Transportation: Once procured, the chrome ore is transported to our facilities in Karachi. We ensure that the ore is handled with care during transit to maintain its integrity and quality.

Processing: At our facilities, we undertake a series of meticulous processes to refine and enhance the chrome ore. We start by grinding the chrome ore lumps to reduce their size to 10 mm. This is followed by washing the concentrate on specially designed tables to remove impurities, such as silica and dead stones. This step is crucial in grading up the ore to meet stringent export standards.

Quality Assurance and Export: Our rigorous quality control measures ensure that the washed concentrate is free from impurities and meets the highest industry standards. We export between 5,000 to 8,000 tons per month, mainly to China, but also to South Korea, Europe, and Japan.

Product Grades

Refractory Grade

• Natural Lumpy: We provide high-quality hard lumpy chrome ore with CR2O3 content of 52%/50% basis and a maximum of 3.5% SiO2.
• Concentrates: We offer concentrates with Cr2O3 content of 50% in various sizes, primarily 0-1mm and 2-5mm, which are the most frequently exported.
• Low Silica Concentrates: We also produce low silica concentrates with SiO2 levels of 1% and 1.5%, available in 10mm size.

Metallurgical Grade

• Our metallurgical grades have Cr2O3 content ranging from 32% to 50%.
