ATCO RICE Division is the trading division of the group involved in processing and re-processing of Export quality rice. The Rice Processing Plant, located in Sind Industrial Trading Estate ( S. I. T. E. )  Karachi; measuring 35,000 sq-ft is equipped with the latest machinery capable of cleaning, de-stoning, paddy removal, grading, polishing and sorting. Initially, only Non-Basmati rice was processed and this rice processing plant having a capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum (approximately 96 million pounds per annum).

Due to ever increasing demand for its quality rice, the production capacity of the plant was doubled in the year 2002 to achieve economies of scale and remain competitive. Currently, the plant can process 88,000 metric tons of rice annually. The expansion was carried out by setting up yet another state-of-the-art rice reprocessing plant along with Magic Sorter RMGS 840 by Satake Japan of 12 metric tons per hour capacity. This latest addition of most modern and highly accurate and precise machinery has assured our valued clients that they can depend on us for the best in quality and consistency.

Owing to quality supplies and on-time delivery, ATCO continues to export rice to over 14 countries worldwide with more destinations adding every year. The company enjoys repeat orders from all of its valued clients which has resulted in an impressive increase in exports year after year.

The bulk of rice exports being Basmati and Non-Basmati, the company exports following varieties of rice:-

Our export market covers all major continents of the world and more specifically the following countries:-

USA, Canada, Australia, Poland, Iran, Yemen, UAE, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Muscat, Kenya, Uganda, UK, Bangladesh and Estonia.
